We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@dollieskin.ro. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: strada Aviator Petre Cretu nr. 28, sector 1, Bucuresti, Romania
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). ex. Beauty Wand, Sculpt Roller, Eye and Face Roller.
Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by the consumer (e.g., opened products or other goods that come into direct contact with the skin) are exempt from the right of return, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16(e) of DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Period: The facial massage device benefits from a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any technical issues that may arise under normal usage conditions.
What the Warranty Covers:
- Technical issues related to the operation of the device
- Manufacturing or material defects
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Malfunctions caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, or incorrect handling
- Physical damage caused by human factors such as impacts, drops, or contact with liquids
- Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized persons
Return and Repair Procedure: If your facial massage device exhibits technical problems covered by the warranty, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: Send an email to contact@dollieskin.ro
- Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have the proof of purchase available.
- Packaging: Pack the device in its original packaging along with all accessories and labels.
- Shipping: Ship the device according to the instructions received from our support team.
Note: Shipping costs for returning the device to our service center are the responsibility of the customer. After evaluating and confirming the warranty-covered issue, we will repair or replace the device at no additional cost.
